Beaverstate Dental Return Policy

Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. Shipping must be prepaid. A restocking fee of $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, may be charged for non-warranty related merchandise returns. Call our customer service to obtain authorization number and additional return information. No
returns on custom or special order items, including non-standard upholstery colors, will be accepted. Any shortages in shipment must be filed with Beaverstate Dental within 5 working days of receipt of shipment. Claims for items damaged in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.
