While walking the floor at the Greater New York Dental Meeting, I had the opportunity to speak to Chuck Whisman and Ed Snyder from your company. Having purchased one of your pole-mounted delivery systems a few years ago, I was pleased to tell them how well the unit is holding up. I also told them that whenever I have had a question, I have always received a quick resolution by speaking to Rick. This past summer, when I had air pushing into my waterlines throughout the office, Rick solved the problem by telling me to replace a certain gasket in my other unit.

I have 2 operatories in my office and my Beavestate unit is always my first choice. In the future, if choose to purchase new equipment, Beaverstate would be my first choice.
