I met you at the ADA convention and was complimenting your company and equipment. You asked if I would write a letter to this effect.

In the fall of 2000 I bought your S-3410 handpiece control box, had it customized with all new handpieces; including and encore for rough pre ping with heated air water syringe. Had quick disconnects added for the prepstar and ultra scaler. After three years I can only say, “how pleased I am with the performance of your equipment and would do it all over again.”
