I am writing this letter as per our conversation this Tuesday, August 24, 1999.

This office received a catalog from Beaverstate Dental in 1989 and since that time I have been ordering, dental supplies and equipment accessories from your company.

Whenever I have had a problem with any dental equipment that I own Rick was always there to offer advice, suggestions and/or corrections. Chuck has always been courteous and has never said no when requesting any specific order.

This office is grateful for the quality of your products which are everlasting and the care you upon placing any order.
