Q. I have heard Beaverstate's standard syringe design is unique. What is different about it?
A. The entire syringe was designed to be slim and lightweight. We studied how people use syringes and made molds of users' hand grips to ensure proper fit. We also discovered that the thumb can obstruct the work area when using a syringe with top-mounted buttons. The Beaverstate syringe has rear buttons so the thumb does not block the user's vision. The syringe tip is a true "quick disconnect" design. Just pull-out to remove, push-in to replace. No ring to press.
Q. How does Beaverstate's "system purge" feature differ from the typically used "handpiece flush" from other manufactures?
A. "Handpiece flush" removes old (potentially contaminated) water from the handpiece tubings only. Beaverstate's "system purge" feature flushes old water from the entire system, not just the handpiece tubings. This ensures fresh water throughout the delivery system, which may inhibit bacterial growth. Beaverstate's unique water relay valve prevents water from being retracted back into the handpiece after the foot control is released.
Q. What is the warranty on Beaverstate products?
A. Beaverstate's mission is to engineer the most rugged and reliable products possible. Should something happen, we stand by out products with a team of customer service professionals. The foot controls and auto-blocks are guaranteed forever. Most everything else is protected under warranty for seven years.

Q. You say the product is rugged and reliable. Why should I believe that?
A. Every piece of equipment that leaves here is tested twice by two separate people to ensure proper function. We also test each component to ensure it meets our high standards. For example, our water relay valve was tested to over 10 million cycles before it was released. This translates into over 100 years of everyday use. It also means not having to worry about malfunctioning equipment.
Q. What is the difference between the pneumatic flex-arm and the manual flex-arm?
A. The pneumatic flex-arm is capable of holding more weight. It uses a spring, an air chamber and brake pads. This keeps the arm in the desired location without ‘locking’ it in the position. When the air brake is released, the arm can smoothly be positioned to the desired height. The manual arm is counter-balanced and uses spring tension.
Q. What is the difference between the S-3600/S-3606 and the S-3300/S-3306?
A. They are mechanically the same. The only difference is the shape of the cover and the location of the controls.
Q. What is unique about Beaverstate’s cart systems?
A. Beaverstate offers a wide variety of carts to fill specific needs. Many of our carts can also be customized for unique applications. All Beaverstate carts feature a heavy steel base for stability and durability. This base offers 8 inches of vertical height adjustment. Beaverstate carts can also be ordered with optional Silcryn tubing. This material is lighter and more flexible than the standard polyurethane. It’s non-stick, non-kinking and many doctors find it makes dentistry easier to perform.
Q. What is the difference between the S-4100/S-4150 and the A-4100/A-4150?
A. They are mechanically the same. The A-series has front-mount controls, while the S-series has side controls. The A-series also adds a Star Board work surface.
