I must tell you that I had tremendous trepidation about ordering ten dental units from a company that I was not familiar with and did not have any "track record" yet. Roger Constantino, our Benco representative, felt strongly that yours was a quality product, and I trusted him with this decision. We have been in our new facility approximately six months now. In that time we have had the chance to really put your dental units to the test. I must tell you that the transition into out new facility was a lot easier due to the fact that all of the dental units worked so well from day one. As you know, there were a couple of minor issues with the hoses and third handpiece set-up that we did not want on the units. Beaverstate went "beyond the call" with providing the support that Benco needed to correct the issues in a timely manner. (Even overnighting the necessary parts at no charge.I realized that shipping parts overnight cost Beaverstate more then the parts themselves.) In my experience with many different dental units over the years, I believe yours is the finest I have worked with. We are considering some expansion in our second office in the near future and will definitely be in contact with you to discuss our needs at that time. In conclusion, I must thank you for your help in all of this. Your overseeing from ordering, to delivery, to set up and customizing, was greatly appreciated. Raleigh, NC 27607 I wanted to share my experience in dealing with Beaverstate Dental. I had researched several brands of dental units to equip my new facility. There was a significant price difference between brands and I wondered why. All units had very similar functions and basic components. There was no substantial difference in the guts of the units. i concluded what makes the top name brands so expensive are an army of sales reps, a bloated budget and an abundance of wall paid management staff. I have owned ##### units for years. They were expensive to purchase and still needed a fair amount of maintenance over a ten year period. I was impressed be a simplified design concept in the Beaverstate unit, thus easier maintenance. We know all brands need maintenance! Beaverstate delivers these products at a very reasonable price, I believe because they have watched their overhead. This is a lesson we dentists could learn from. What became a wonderful surprise for me was the "knock your socks off" customer service after the purchase. I cannot tell you how many times I have called the 800 number with what seemed like a dumb question about how my unit works. I have always received great service and information from Beaverstate, in particular form you and Rick. You have both been great! My recommendation for anyone considering an equipment purchase is to buy from Beaverstate and receive a great product at a very reasonable price versus paying twice as much for the traditional name brands. Aloha, OR 97007 Recently I added 3 Beaverstate Dental operatories to my practice. After using them for sometime now, I would like to share my experience and feelings with you about the equipment. We have found these units to be very reliable and easy to use. I'm impressed with the simplicity of the design of the equipment, which means cleaning and maintenance is much simpler. I have other traditional well known brands of equipment in my office and have noticed that your equipment is far less problematic than some of my present equipment. Having purchased one of your pole-mounted delivery systems a few years ago, I was pleased to tell them how well the unit is holding up. I also told them that whenever I have has a question, I have always received a quick resolution by speaking to Rick. This past summer, when I had air pushing into my waterlines throughout the office, Rick solved the problem by telling me to replace a certain gasket in my other (A) unit. I was waiting to hear from another dentist who is in the process of equipping more operators and hoping to be able to recommend your equipment to them, Unfortunately for you they have decided to purchase used equipment locally. I would highly recommend your equipment as I have had a Beaverstate unit now for almost 20 years and it is still functioning well. The only repairs which were necessary were some automatic handpiece controls which I was able to repair myself with parts which were shipped promptly by your company. Portland, OR Re: Beaverstate Dental delivery units I purchased a Beaverstate delivery unit several years back, as I heard it was a reliable unit priced very fairly. I believe that a dental repairman had said that it had fewer problems than most of the units he had dealt with, and after I finished researching it, I ordered one. I was very happy with it, and it performed reliably as long as I owned it ( i sold the practice to relocate to the Pacific Northwest). i have no qualms recommending it as long as their is still of this realm, which I would imagine it is. Benicia, CA 94510 It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of appreciation to you and all of the people at Beaverstate Dental for their incredible efforts and success with delivery systems. I recently purchased the Northwest package for a very smell room and am delighted with the function and esthetics of this equipment. Having founded our group in 1977, I have purchased five different manufacturers' equipment. None have delivered the quality at such an affordable price. I work with many different brands of equipment in my worldwide teaching and find that "bang for the buck", there is not better choice. One of the basic premises of my teaching is keeping things simple yet achieving maximum function and esthetics. Beaverstate exemplifies this premise. The Northwest package is the paragon of that principle. The compact nature of this system has allowed us to convert a very small room to a fully functional operatory. I am the holder of two patents and as a consultant to many dental companies fully understand the complexities of bringing a market leader to the consumer. It is just as important to service the equipment as it is to deliver it to the consumer. My experience with the people at Beaverstate is that they inspire complete trust and confidence. I have never heard "Doctor, no one else has had that problem with out equipment". What I have heard from the Beaverstate folks with the one minor problem I has was "Doctor, we'll take care of that immediately"! Turned out it was our problem! In fact , had I read the impeccable, user-friendly instructions that came with the unit I would not have made the call for help. Factory support is critical with dental equipment - time is money.
